Rebeca’s 90-minute Sarga Bodywork $170 

Sarga Bodywork is a barefoot myofascial massage methodology in which I use a length of fabric (the sarga) fastened to the massage table to aid in delivering therapeutic myofascial and deep tissue techniques with my bare feet. The sarga fabric is used for stability and to add tensional and gravitational force to strokes which aim to facilitate deep relaxation and less restriction in your body.

Rebeca’s 120-minute Integrative Sarga Bodywork $225

Sarga Bodywork is a barefoot myofascial massage methodology in which I use a length of fabric (the sarga) fastened to the massage table to aid in delivering therapeutic myofascial and deep tissue techniques with my bare feet. The sarga is used for stability and to add tensional and gravitational force to strokes which aim to facilitate deep relaxation and less restriction in your body. This extended 2-hour session allows for the incorporation of cupping or manual work in addition to the Sarga treatment.

Rebeca’s 30-minute Chair Massage  $50

Chair massage is performed in a specially designed chair with your clothes on.  No oil or lotion is applied.  Perfect for a relaxing break in the middle of your workday or for tune-ups between full massages. 

Rebeca’s 60-minute Thai Massage $120

Good for overall relaxation or focusing on one or two areas to achieve pain relief.  Thai massage is performed on a mat on the ground with the client fully clothed in loose or stretchy clothing which allows for movement.  We will use stretching, compression and rocking techniques customized to your pressure preference to relieve tension, promote relaxation and improve flexibility and energy flow. Can be performed on a table upon request.

Rebeca’s 90-minute Thai Massage $170

Great for providing a mix of deep relaxation and specific work, or treating one area of chronic pain. Thai massage is performed on a mat on the ground with the client fully clothed in loose or stretchy clothing which allows for movement.  We will use stretching, compression and rocking techniques customized to your pressure preference to relieve tension, promote relaxation and improve flexibility and energy flow. Can be performed on a table upon request. 

Rebeca’s 60-minute Custom Massage  $120

Good for overall relaxation or focusing on one or two areas to achieve pain relief.  Your session will be customized to your needs and draw from a range of modalities including Swedish, deep tissue, Myofascial Release, Thai bodywork, Shiatsu, sports and assisted stretching.   Your choice of lightly scented massage cream or unscented, hypoallergenic, non-comedogenic jojoba oil to nourish your skin.

Rebeca’s 90-minute Fusion Table & Thai Massage $170

For those times when you can’t decide between a custom table massage or a Thai massage on the mat.  We will start with you fully clothed on the mat and then transition onto the table for the second half of your session. 

Service prices are all-inclusive.  Cupping, heat packs, CBD cream or salve, and other additional methods may be added to custom massages by request and at no additional cost to the client.  Tips are not accepted, though we do welcome donations to the Community Wellness Fund as a gratuity.
