COVID UPDATE: We no longer universally require masks at CLINIC. We are treating the air, masking, washing hands, and cleaning appropriately to prevent infection. Please cancel your appointment if you may have Covid, and notify us if you develop symptoms or a positive test within a few days after your visit, so that we can contact trace. If you have any symptoms which may be illness- related, we hope you will come to your appointment and mask! We may from time to time again strongly urge mask-wearing for all, when transmissible virus numbers are high. We continue to have masks available in our entryway.

Directions: Make your way to downtown Northampton. By car from out of town, you can use exit 23 from 91N or exit 25 from 91S. You can enter the address 53 Center Street 01060 in your GPS.
Once downtown, you will find us on Center Street. Our neighbors are First Churches on the corner of Main, State Street and Serio’s on State Street, the Iron Horse down the street, and the police station, three doors down on the same side. We are directly adjacent to the intersection of Masonic Street and Center— right by Woodstar, Bella, and Mosaic Cafe. If you get to Center Street and look for The Pink House, you’ve found us!
We strongly encourage biking or walking when possible; we will be installing bike racks soon to affirm our commitment to encouraging human-powered transportation!
Parking: there is fairly abundant street parking on Center, State, and Masonic Streets. Masonic Street public parking is one block away from us. Also, the E John Gare parking garage behind Thorne’s Market (free for one hour; $.75/ hour thereafter) is only about two blocks from CLINIC. There are level 2 EV chargers in the garage, in the Masonic Street lot, and in the James House lot on Gothic Street, behind us.
Note that there are busier times for parking: we are situated right in the midst of three churches, so Sundays 10am- 1pm are tougher times to park. Also, when our neighbors The Iron Horse or Parlor Room have shows, evening parking becomes more challenging.
We encourage and support biking and walking to CLINIC! Bike parking along the wheelchair ramp is fine; please only park while visiting CLINIC, and please make sure to avoid blocking the ramp or walkways with your bike and lock.
We are wheelchair accessible! Our ramp enables access to our space via the rear entrance; you can find access to it on the east side of the building, along the side of the Masonic Hall next door. Please let us know if you need particular accommodations during your treatment— we want to make sure your room and your treatment are as appropriate, comfortable, and affirming as possible!
Cancellations: We ask that you observe our 24 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations with less than 24 hour notice or no shows will be charged your regular rate for the missed session.
Payment: we take all credit cards, cash, and checks (made out to your practitioner). If you would like to purchase a gift certificate, please click here!
Insurance: Only a few of our practitioners accept insurance; you can find them listed here. Most of us operate on a cash basis. We do accept HSA and FSA cards. If you plan to use your insurance to pay for or get reimbursed for your purchases at CLINIC, please notify your practitioner in advance of your appointment to be sure that it will be covered!
Snow policy: If your practitioner is practicing, you’ll be expected at your appointment. We urge our practitioners to be in touch with patients the day prior to the appointment if bad weather is expected.
