RESTORATIVE MASSAGE

A massage for inviting balance, strength and resilience into the body. Each session is tailored to the unique and often shifting needs of each client. Ideal for those looking for relief from stress, anxiety and/or pain from nagging old injuries or fresh new ones. A combination of Swedish, deep tissue, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and targeted muscular techniques are used to calm the nervous system, decrease muscle tension and increase range of motion.

PRENATAL MASSAGE

A massage for the transformational period leading up to the child birthing experience. These nurturing sessions can help to reduce prenatal edema (swelling caused by excess fluid), stress, anxiety and muscle tension in the vast network of muscles, tendons and ligaments that support the body during pregnancy. Ideal for clients in every stage of pregnancy.  A combination of Swedish, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and prenatal techniques are used to help clients feel a greater sense of balance, connection and ease - both with their own body and with the baby.

POSTPARTUM MASSAGE

A massage for new mothers, parents or those who have experienced pregnancy loss. The focus of these sessions is helping to calm the nervous system and bringing awareness to the body as it adjusts and heals after pregnancy. A combination of Swedish, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and abdominal massage techniques are used to create sessions tailored to the unique set of needs and experiences of each postpartum client.

60-Minute Session for returning clients = $110 90-Minute Session for returning clients = $135

*All returning clients can expect the first 5-10 minutes of each appointment to consist of assessment and consultation; this does not take away from the therapeutic hands-on time. This time together helps us build rapport with one another and makes time and space for continuous communication and more effective treatment planning.

All packages must be paid for up-front and expire 6 months after purchase (unless otherwise discussed with the practitioner). If necessary, any portion of the package can be refunded, minus the full value of the portion used.
