I am an ANCC board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner licensed to provide psychiatric services to adults in Massachusetts. Having worked in the field of mental health for more than twenty years, and as a prescribing clinician for the past ten years, I’m excited to now offer my services at CLINIC Alternative Medicines. My specialties include medication evaluation, working with the causes and symptoms of anxiety and depression, and supporting personal and spiritual exploration for growth and healing.

As a prescribing clinician, I recognize traditional psychiatric medications can play a significant role in reducing challenging symptoms and supporting a sense of stability. True too is the potential for well-being supported by the careful reduction or elimination of ineffective pharmaceuticals and other detrimental influences in one’s life.

I am dedicated to embracing a compassionate and pragmatic treatment approach that empowers individuals to explore the benefits, drawbacks, and impacts of psychiatric medications in their lives.

For those who are curious about the role of psychedelics in healthcare, I offer educational resources, harm reduction information and a safe space to discuss experiences with Non-Ordinary States of Consciousness (NOSC). I prescribe ketamine on a case-by-case basis for use during Ketamine Assisted Therapy (KAT) sessions and encourage collaboration with your therapist and/or other medical providers.

Beyond lessons from the traditional western medical healthcare and educational systems, my approach to healing arises from a life immersed in Buddhist teachings, deep appreciation of nature, and a belief in the magic of ordinary experience. I’m certified as an End-of-Life Doula, Psychedelic Doula, and as a Ketamine-Assisted Internal Family Systems (K-IFS) practitioner.

I offer appointments in-person at CLINIC and remotely using a video-based telehealth platform. In-home services can also be discussed. I do not accept payment through insurance however you may be able to receive reimbursement for some services through your insurance company.
