Psychiatric Nursing Services include psychiatric evaluation, diagnostic clarification, education, and treatment options including but not limited to medication and therapy. These services are good for gaining insight into what’s brought you to where you are now and gaining traction on where you want to be.
What can I expect from a treatment or series of treatments? What do I need to do to prepare for it?
To get started, we’ll schedule an Initial Consultation. During this 75-minute appointment we’ll discuss your history, your current circumstances, and the reasons why you are seeking assistance. From there, together, we will set a plan of action for our work together.
To prepare for your first appointment, Audrey will send you a questionnaire and a set of intake documents providing you with information about psychiatric services and the policies of Green Couch Psychiatry, LLC. These documents will be available online via a secure patient portal and must be completed before your Initial Consultation.
Before committing to an Initial Consultation, many people choose to schedule a free fifteen-minute Introductory Chat. This informal appointment offers you an opportunity to briefly meet with the Nurse Practitioner online and address any questions you may have about the process.
